I cannot honestly say there's a single song from Sting that isn't unique.
Every song I've listened to (and I still have yet to listen to all of them) has such distinct sound, progression, and vocals that within the first minute you can tell it is one of *his* songs.
But not in the sense of a brand, like he's churning these out trying to recapture lighting in a bottle, rather that he has his own sound and a personal touch in his music. Every note and lyric has a purpose, not a single one was just absent-mindedly put in as filler or to just "get to the good part". Too many songs in the industry are written to get to the catchy chorus or the key change, but Sting's music doesn't waste time nor rush, Sting knows his song's destination and how it's going to get there.
Simply put, Sting is a musical genius and millions of people appreciate his work.

I also think Sting is a musical genius and I like him a lot but what he does is not so unique. Believe it or not, Sting was clearly inspired by my song My Mood Shines which I released in 2019 on RUclips ruclips.net/video/GDZgIfg4KPI/видео.html and Sting released his song "If It's Love" in October 2021! Judge for yourself.
This makes me proud, actually :)

It'd be interesting to hear how Sting would describe that song. To me it seems it has a happy ending (then perhaps so does “Ghost Story”). “Every Breath You Take” sounds happy, but it's creepy af.
