Subtractive solution are my favorite. I once noticed during cooking, adding more to fix a taste often does not benefit the dish, removing the conflicting ingredient does. Good one!
I love your take on this, Joel! For the life of me, I love watching morning routine videos, but I kind of cherry pick what I want to add to my own morning routine. I find that the simpler it is, the better. If I have to try and remember what's No. 4, 5, 6 on my list in the morning, it's probably not the best routine for me. 🤣
Thanks Nabila! And yeah, no disrespect to anyone who finds that yoga, meditation etc work - I just want to give people a different way to think about it. Appreciate the comment!
Joel, I stumbled upon your channel and I absolutely love your videos. Please keep the content coming, it's so cool to see the potential in your channel and to be one of the people to have had the pleasure to enjoy your work. Lots of love from Canada.
Ah Ryan, this is such an incredibly kind thing to say. They take a fair while to put together, and although the piano ones do well, I always wonder whether people are into the other stuff. Thanks very much for the support, much appreciated.
@@JoelSnape1 Hi, Joel. I'm from Canada, too. I love your videos, because they seem to cite just enough of the study to justify your beliefs, while not focusing on the non-essentials. A good thing that you do well is focus on short low commitment ideas to try at home. I haven't watched your piano videos.
Nice Video thanks and liking the new Glasses, not sure if you avoided the anti glare coating which I always use to avoid until I got fed up of all my Pictures having a bright light glare on my Lenses. Keep up the great work Brother and God bless.
I have a long routine unfortunately. I can’t not feed my kids or the cats lol When I wake up I try to pray for a few minutes while still in bed and then do a light cardio workout / walk. Eventually I get to have coffee and move on with my day!
Hey, you've gotta do what you've gotta do! I'm more interested in cutting out the stuff you don't HAVE to do that isn't helping you out. Thanks for the comment!
Can you post the research article links?
Thanks for this. Now I don't feel so bad about needing to remove tasks to be on time for appointments and work.
Good advice! "The goal is to keep the goal the goal"

This is a good example I hadn't thought of Rene - thanks!
is a actual good video, i didn’t think about deliting stuff from my routine, incentrate on my goal, and make my goal the goal, really usefull
This was so cool....really resonated with the simplicity....and the customised nature that works for each person....great work 🙌🏾
Great video!
Thanks, Alex! Hope piano's going well for you.

I should do this! 😅Extremely bored of taking a load of thumbnail photos and finding them unusable because of glare
