SPY.. so do you buy at 548 or wait for confirmation that it goes above it? What if it hits 548, goes to 550, then buy, then it goes to 547? This has always been a problem for me. Fake outs.
Fakeouts happen less often at these levels. Because they DO happen, we take trades only with positive risk/reward ratios. In the long term, you'll win more than you lose

I have $45k in the llama but I had twice that because I bought when I should have at $34.50 and like everyone else that got in early and made 30 percent gains, I took profit. That profit taking at resistance is how to trade. If it keeps running, great, we both win. If it doesn't I buy more lower when the chart says so.

Step back and see how absurd that is

U need to look for a candle close below 548
Not every trade works as expected, take those trades with good r/r.
