    It's certainly true that the balconies are Nearly useless in some of the buildings but we Ddd not spend too much time in the room and when we did it was kind of nice just to stand there in the fresh air outside. Thanks for watching and commenting. If you do go please let us know how it goes.

    Our home away from home! It's been 7 years since we have been there and we are booked in December again. I was getting concerned with some of the reviews, but your video definitely eased my mind, so thank you! We are staying on the Family Selection side; super awesome to hear how everything is still as we remember it as far as cleanliness, service and food.

      Wonderful. Thanks for the comment Tammy. I hope others do the same so we can get a full range. We really liked it and will return :) ... safe travels

    The "You are here" feature is very clever. We're booked here for January. This will be our 4th Grand Palladium, love 'em.

      Thanks Ryan! I used it first on a review I made of a Jamaican resort last year because it helped me keep track and set the video flow logically. I am glad you found it useful. As for you, wow 4th Grand Palladium... nice :)

    We are contemplating going to the Grand Palladium Vallarta in Feb/24 for the first time. Thanks for the information you provided in your review, its very helpful. I am seeing mostly positive reviews of this resort. My only hesitation is which type of room to pay for? It appears that you can't see anything if you're sitting on the balcony, so you may as well get a ground floor room.

    Thanks for this great review vid - it's very helpful!
    Did they happen to have vegetarian options marked out?
    Also, how did you take the bus? What's the process for that?
    We're going here in two months

      Thanks Nikhiles. A strict vegan would like have issues with cross contamination, but I don't think a vegitarian would have any issues here. For the bus, we just walked the street and waited. There is some sort of schedule but it was frequent enough to not worry about timing it :)

    Is there an ATM at the resort, if so, what kind? Can you exchange for smaller bills at the front desk?

      I don't recall seeing an ATM, but there must be one there somewhere. Also, the front desk exchanged our large bills for smaller ones without hesitation, so I think you are good.

    Great video! I read on the resort’s website that “Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa also offer gluten-free menus and a special program for people with allergies and intolerances”. On your video you said they didn’t mark allergens at the buffet, which surprised me after reading the statement on their website. I am looking to book a resort and one of our travellers has celiac disease, so the idea of special menus and attention to allergens was nice to see. Did you see gluten-free menus in the restaurants?

    • @IssuesLab
      @IssuesLab  Год назад

      We did not see any Gluten Free labelled options or menus anywhere, BUT, I would not be shocked if they have them. We simply did not ask. If you have some information on that it would be GREATLY appreciated. My girls both want to go, but can't without celiac safe options. Thanks Robert :)

    Looking to travel here next year for anniversary. I know you mentioned alcohol is included with the room as part of the all-inclusive. And I assume the same for the buffet. Are the restaurants also part of the “all-inclusive”?

    • @IssuesLab
      @IssuesLab  8 месяцев назад

      Hi Taite - Yes, everything is all inclusive. Even at the buffets and restaurants, booze is unlimited and inclusive. Please let us know what you think of it when you get back (assuming you do go there :)... happy anniversary !!!

    is there bottled or can beer available? Thank you

    • @IssuesLab
      @IssuesLab  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes, we actually show that in the section showing the room. Everything in the fridge is included and refilled on request. That is some munchies, pop, beer and more.

    Do they still have the two spider monkeys? We've gone twice and besides it being absolutely beautiful, those two cuties were a highlight!

      I don't recall them, but Zoo's are not my thing so I did not spend much time there.
