Asal’s Testimony: Finding Freedom

Cultural mediators connect migrants like Asal to suitable support services in the Netherlands. They collaborate with medical professionals to bridge the intercultural gap between migrants and Dutch service- or healthcare providers. Moreover, they interpret and translate languages and cultural contexts, which allows them to build trust between both parties.
