So I want to ask you whether Amazon firetv stick 4k supports Dolby Atmos, as the product specification mentions that it does support and whether I will be able to play Dolby Atmos on soundbar by connecting the firetv stick 4K into the HDMI-in of the soundbar. jio set top box does not support dolby atmos, buy amazon fire stick 4k or 4k max.
If soundbar is connected to a smart tv through hdmi Arc then volume control of both should be same as far as I know, but if I put a pendrive on soundbar and playing a movie on soundbar then ,is It capable of video out to smart tv?
There are some soundbar that support video pass through feature, having hdmi in and out. You can connect laptop, android box etc in hdmi in and tv to hdmi out for video. But through pendrive I think only audio files you can play and not video. Check soundbar file supported through usb in specs.
Sir have old lcd sony bravia tv. Only 2 normal hdmi port. If i want 5.1 srround sound will it work in 5.1 home theater system. Because today midel like son s40r and samsung b670xl 5.1 have arc ports. And what u suggest in 5.1 s40r or samsung b670xl. Sony has overpowered bass and samsung has lower bass.

I have Samsung soundbar Q930B 9.1.4 which is dolby atmos soundbar. I want to purchase LG tv nano75 55 inch and as per website description it doesn't support dolby atmos but has Earc hdmi port. If i connect my soundbar to this lg tv via hdmi earc port then would I be getting dolby atmos effects through the soundbar if I play atmos supported titles on netflix or hotstar? The LG salesman is saying i won't be getting dolby atmos as any tv manufacturer should also support dolby atmos means tv and soundbar both should be dolby atmos then only I would be getting dolby atmos effects on netflix titles supporting dolby atmos.

As per rtings lg nano 75 doesn't support dolby atmos via hdmi earc.
But as netflix usage dolby digital plus codec that can pass even through hdmi arc. It can only confirms if we play netflix atmos title and connect soundbar to tv.
Netflix website also not confirm the same. It is better you search a TV that clearly mentioned about atmos like sony tvs or lg oled tvs.
However you can use video pass through feature of soundbar to connect amazon fire tv cube like device to get atmos.

Should I go for sony soundbar or samsung?
As i have mentioned some manufacturer not mentioned but atmos works in lg and samsung TVs. If your tv is 2019 or later model it should work.
However for better compatibility samsung soundbar will work good with samsung TVs.
You can also ask their customer care and can also visit samsung store for more details.

Hi sir. I've ordered zeb juke bar 9750 pro sound bar in this sale and it's on the way. But now I'm bit concerned about my room size which is only 140 sq ft. I've purchased this soundbar only for ott contents and for movies. I wanted to experience the dolby atmos surround effect. I want crystal clear dialogues, music & quality bass, bass should not affect the dialogues. I'm not much a fan of heavy bass. So now I'm so worried about my purchased decision. If room size is small you are not able to get full effect of atmos or surround sound. You can buy zebronics 1000.

@@GouravSinha12 you can use 9750 also but for full potential of soundbar you can not increase sound more than 30.
Sound clarity no issue on lower volume also.

Sir, I have zebronics 7400 5.1 channel soundbar , it has hdmi arc, optical, aux and Bluetooth option but it does not have Dolby support. if I buy a tv which contains Dolby digital support can I play Dolby content through the soundbar by hdmi arc connection..
It is a 5.1 channel soundbar that can play surround sound by extracting 5.1 channels from the dolby codec.
Difference will be very minimal.

Yes it should work, video should have dolby atoms codec and play it using inbuilt video player of tv. If it is android than you have to download some player from play store that I will search and tell you.
If you are getting atmos from netflix on soundbar, from usb it should also work.

Hdmi earc is backward compatible with hdmi arc.
EARC mainly used for dolby true hd e.g. Blu ray player.
And for better output for dolby atoms.

You will get dolby digital 5.1 from samsung tv also. Check the content on netflix and prime video with 5.1 audio and you get the same in soundbar with hdmi arc or optical cable.

I just bought a 65” LG C3 TV that is equipped with Dolby Atmos but when turn it on while watching a Netflix movie the sound drops drastically and it actually sounds much better with Dolby Atmos turned off. Does Dolby Atmos only work with a sound bar hooked up to my TV? I don’t have a sound bar and I assumed that since the TV has Dolby Atmos installed that I could just use my TV speakers to enjoy the better sound, which isn’t the case.
You should use pcm in sound settings if sound is playing through tv speakers. If tv is dolby atmos compatible it tries to decode signals and sound through it's inbuilt speakers. It is virtual atmos so sound effect is not so great. If you have external speaker connect use auto or atmos as per soundbar.

@@johncgr800 pcm usage uncompressed sound through tv speakers. You can also contact lg customer support for their views.

Hello sir I have v U 32" Tv which has HDMI port and optical port and also my sound bar has these ports. My problem is that when I connect sound bar from TV through optical cable ,When I change the output to dolby, I hear a big distortion sound. Again when I change the dolby setting to PCM, the sound comes out, can you tell me why?
If tv has hdmi arc try to connect hdmi arc, also in audio out settings set as auto in place of pcm what will happen.
Play some 5.1 channel content and test all the channels

@@JaspalSingh-sv4ep yes ek firestick and dolby soundbar kharid sakte hain. Dolby jo 5.1 channel hota hai usme jyada issue nahi hai par dolby atmos wali soundbar me kuch issue aa sakte hain. Buy a soundbar with hdmi in and out port so that no problem is tv has some issue of atmos.

agar tv 4k hai aur hdmi arc hai to maine test kiya hai dolby atmos soundbar me atmos milta hai. Agar tv me hdmi aerc aur soundbar me arc but soundbar atmos hai to atmos milna chahiye but maine test nahi kiya. Because ott apps using digital dolby plus for atmos that can also pass over hdmi arc.

If tv doesn't have hdmi earc than you can buy a soundbar with hdmi input, connect atmos compatible device like firecube 4k,apple tv and connect to soundbar. From soundbar hdmi out connect TV for video display.

Sir I have VU Premium Android Tv, my prime video app is supporting dolby atmos but netflix app is not supporting. I have uHD plan, tv support dolby digital plus, i have samsung q930c. I dont understand why netflix is not supporting dolby Atmos.
in netflix I think atmos works on 649 plan, you can reinstall the app or clear cache and data of app and check again by logging out and log in again

@@subrat_dash in tv sound settings select audio as dolby digital plus or change pcm to auto and check otherwise may be issue with netflix app in android tv needs a firestick to confirm.

Agar tv ke sath connect karna hai to koi issue nahi hai connect to tv with hdmi port and tv to soundbar with hdmi arc or optical cable.

Yes this TV supports atmos, you can update netflix app, uninstall reinstall the app, also check other platform is this working like prime video.

My tv only support Dolby digital(motrola revoe 2, 40inch), i'm planning to buy zebronics 9750 5.1 which has Atmos in it. Should i buy it for Atmos or can i go for zebronics 9500 which support only Dolby digital? Can i get Dolby Atmos feature if i buy zebronics 9750?
If tv has hdmi earc you can get atmos from netflix app, as sound will pass to soundbar. I think dolby atmos soundbar is good option because you can connect amazon fire tv 4k max or fire tv 4k cube in the hdmi in port of soundbar and video will go to tv from hdmi out.
In sound output settings also you can check atmos mentioned or not.

@@arunittianath8947 if tv is not certified for atmos and hdmi earc is also not there it is difficult to say without testing. You can also check with customer care if they have idea. Some tv can can pass atmos over hdmi arc but very few.
In tv sound output settings check dolby atmos mentioned or not.

If you have 5.1 channel surround home theatre than hdmi 1.4 is enough and optical also works.
For hdmi earc dolby atmos 5.1.2 like channels you need hdmi 2. 1 cable.

you need to buy a soundbar that is dolby atmos supported and with hdmi input port. Connect in input port amazon fire tv cube or firestick 4k max than you can get atmos in netflix, prime video etc.

In audio pass through mode true hd can passe one hdmi in port of tv to hdmi earc port to soundbar or compatible home theatre.
