All 47 people on board are dead *joyful outro music*
Stop it
But that's always the outro
You are sick
And the message:
"It's brighter here"
You think they'd change it for the air crash videos
🤣🤣🤣
"everyone is dead"
Then: Smithsonian channel it's brighter here.
LITerally
"All 47 of the people on board are dead"
**Plays happy music**
the plane crashes and everyone dies
Smithsonian channel: its brighter here
VG-1 has short circuited, where it shows a false image that the plane is banking. The captain should've switched to a different gyroscope if that's faulty. But because they're flying a different type of plane, the left switch on the former was for the auxiliary gyro, but on Copa 201, the left switch was for the bad gyro. Too bad they weren't trained for this scenario.
It's Brighter Here!
Very heartbreaking 💔 RIP all those people and their families for their loss….😢
Yes.
This is fake
yeah man rip to u
@@zain6207 its real but the people who renacting the incident is fake they are trying to discribe what happen that day
Reason it crashed
was Instrument malfunction leading to spatial disorientation and pilot error; loss of control.
I thought that mayb it was hit by lightning 🌩️⚡ as it seemed on 🔥🔥 on the sky

Great content 👍
so humbling
If the CVR was working the investigation team would know who moved the gryro
this just makes me never to go on holiday ever, idk why im torturing myself with this
Same! 😭

99.9%+ airplanes take-off and land without anything much of note happening beyond that...so it's important to not forget that. But it's awful knowing you could potentially be a "lesson learned" for the NTSB. I definitely don't want to be on that plane, but I drive a car everyday that's statistically much less safe than air travel.

This is a good recreation
I am Panamanian and this is so hearthbreaking 💔. It is pretty sad!! I did'nt know that Copa Airlines had a crash as a frecuent passenger on the Airline. Until i saw flight 201.
Why are the most experienced pilots always doing something else besides flying the plane? (Air France 447)
People are saying that it was faulty instruments and pilot error. But the people on the ground reporting the plane coming down in separate pieces on fire. Could you fly a plane so drastically you rip apart the plane and it basically explodes? Because I figured that when they diverted their course due to the storm they accidently entered restricted airspace and were shot down
It banked over 120 degrees right and did a nosedive, the stresess of the g forces ruptured the fuel tanks and ripped the aircraft apart. The plane crashed into the darien jungle at mach 1.03. The cause was a short circuit on the captains gyroscope and they flipped a switch which unbeknownst at the time switched both instrument displays to the captains gyroscope and it didn't display the extreme bank causing spatial disorientation. The plane crashed after
😣
As Wang lyn stated, it is possible for an aircraft to break up if it experiences forces greater than the plane can handle.
Stalling a plane at high altitudes could definitely lead to free-fall type of dive, under the right (well, actually horribly wrong) circumstances. In such a dive, these planes can reach the speed of sound (~760mph) which will break up most airplanes, starting with the tail oftentimes, which is immediately fatal.
If it was shot down that would be classified info.
Yay, this is great.
Finally copa 201 in smithsonian
Air Traffic Controller was much prettier before.
I just saw this same pilot in another Smithsonian plane crash video....
How's that possible????
it’s a remake of the real disaster, so it’s cgi
Rip who died on copa 201
We are in an emergency
But why
Aramaru 1837 said it a bit above.
Instruments malfunction which caused spatial disorientation on pilots.
Basicaly, instruments failed, then pilots didn't know where was the sky (since it was at night, sky and land looks the same)
How do you get full episodes?
Addictive
Oh yeah I seen this
After what the witnesses seen, they knew it was all bad news after that... 😔
I want to be a pilot but it seams to be difficult than I thought , still studying, what can I do , change mind or
You didn't tell the reason.
Can anyone let me know where can I find full documentary???
Good af ternon
Yea! *a shooting star :D*
Seems like there should be more to this story...
what episode and season is this?
Season 14 i guess, well UK and other countries is Season 14
Why did it crash i
Wait a minute in the bigiing you said 40 passenger's in the end you said 47passenger's!!
40 passengers and 7 crew members
The plane: Crashed
Me: Wiat why is that crash similar to Lauda air 004?
Lauda 004 crashed due to a short circuit that causes one of the thrust reversers to deploy in mid air. Tam 402 has the same problems, but the pilots falsely believed that the auto throttle caused it. It ends up with the FO and system having a tug of war since the latter pulls back the lever, the FO pushes it up and holds it until the wires snapped.
@@louieosumo tarom???????
@@andrewilliamcesardossantos1555 sorry, got the name wrong so I edit it.
It seen like the plane exploded into peace in mid air before hitting the ground. I wonder if it was a bomb or something that caused the plane to explode killing everyone onboard. I wonder what happened to the cockpit where the pilots were before hitting the ground.
After the plane banked beyond 120º, it entered a nosedive, probably exceeded the speed of sound and got ripped apart by the g-forces.
No evidence of bomb
