Never use Faston connectors, they are complete failure. No matter how tight you press they will come off with a strong pull!

Does your application require a very strong tensile load resistance?You can also look up the tensile pull test numbers to see what they are rated for. IIRC a 12 awg crimp with PIDG connector is supposed to be good for at least 80 lbs of pull force.
