What is the ratio between these two possibilities? The problem is if we make resume attractive it becomes against ATS format. If we make resume simple following ATS then recruiters would not read it.
Hello. If you are applying to a large scale companies (or MNC), the mostly used ATS. Small scale and private ltd companies will shortlist resumes manually. Never go for a too fancy resume with multiple colors, always use the CV template which looks a bit simple. Recruiter will go through all the CVs according their skills demand if they are shortlisting manually.
