Stewie, can you please turn off comments? I'm sick and tired to have to watch videos while the usual couple of sad online hooligans have to spit their poison on whatever they deem to be experts.... it's offensive and annoying.
she doesnt sing any piani nor does she have a trill :-/ not the right voice type for this one. and ive never heard a soprano sing the ending the way she does on such a low note :-/
@@draganvidic2039 Marton was a lyric soprano with a very bad technique. Actually there was no technique at all. Really now, she wasn’t even a spinto soprano. True lyric voice.
Funny enough that you are such a critic and you are still ignorant to the fact that the last note is sung come scritto by Verdi. No problem if you are troll but if you mean to criticise cultivate yourself a bit, it might help you.
Many thanks!!! I loooooove eva marton!
I only wish she could sing some piani up there. Otherwise, the top voice sounds glorious.
For that you need technique for Verdi which this soprano didn’t have.

One thing is for sure: She was not Zinka Milanov, unfortunately she was no Birgit Nilsson either.

@@draganvidic2039 No, she was Eva Marton.....great singer in her own... Birgit Nilsson named Marton as her sucessor.....
@@beachfanatic2010 Most stupid comment in 2024 - so far!
