I’m curious, isn’t TCA meant to penetrate from outside to in, and when micro needling you are allowing the acid to go in working from inside out which was taught to me as not proper for TCA acid. Or was your micro needling done lightly for deeper penetration of acid?

Hi doc! I’m really happy I found your channel 😭 I have been dealing with a lot of skin problems in my face for years now, and I’ve tried treatments from my dermatologist but none of them worked. I’ve tried diamond peel snd other treatments but I don’t think it helped my skin. I tried isotretinoin for 4 months which helped me get rid of huge pimples. I am currently on my micro needling journey, I had my second session last Dec 24 and my face feels so itchy right now. It’s been like this since 25 and I noticed bumps all over my face, plus it’s rough in texture already. My dark marks got worse and none of my skin care products work anymore :((
