Today we are checking out this Mansion where my friend Gregg Parker is shooting for his 2nd episode of Crazy Rich Asian houses. Let’s tour this RM8.5Million Mansion which is inspired by Japanese Zen Style and Malaysia Tropical Rain forest Style.
This 3 Storey Mansion is located in Country Heights Damansara , a luxury and prestige neighborhood in Kuala Lumpur. Architect design by an Award Winning Architect who is known for its modern style of architect design and built by a well-known contractor who is known for its solid workmanship and built houses for the rich and royal.

This house comes with built up size of 8,267sf and land size of 9,902sf was built with 4 main materials: Glass, Stones, Wood, and Steel. What surrounded the house were hand built stone walls , and what lies in the center of the house was in Japanese Style Zen Courtyard Garden with koi fish pond, where it welcomes the natural lights shine towards the center to brighten up the whole ground floor of the house thru the glass panels.
As you entered the house, you are welcome by the Zen Coutyard Garden with a formal living hall next to it where you can host 15-20 guests from indoor to outdoor. The other side of the house is where it leads you to the kitchens, dining, and the informal living hall which is sitting next to the infinity pool that is made of Quartz Mosaic Stone.
Thru the living and dining, you can access to the outdoor gazebo that comes with an amazing view of the forest where you can host 6-8 members for a wine night. The ground floor of the house come with Limestone tiles in Moca Cream Color, which is soft and warm as you stepped on it. The Floating staircase along the Zen Courtyard Garden made of Burmese teak wood with branded D Line handrail which is known for its stainless steel quality.
This house comes with 5 bedrooms , with a Gym Room, and an theater Room. The bedrooms come with beautiful Indonesian teak wood flooring and the roof and ceilings are done up by soft yellowish golf color woods. The Master Bedroom comes with a long wide balcony and a Master Bathroom with tropical window design that you can overlook the beautiful view of the forest.

The creepier it is the better. Penyamun also got no balls to ransack the house. I’ll add on a doll like pocong at level 2 and a pontianak at level 1.

Most Singaporeans bungalows and terraces houses in singapore have this kind of tastes. But then again if this house was in singapore, the price would’ve been around $15m to $20m. Rm8.5m is cheap to them

exactly what i was gonna say! whats the point of the camera keep following the host? we are not here to see the host's face. The house instead! and the camera is so shaky. room for improvement

Whenever the host mention any features of the house, focus should be on that feature, like the roof, limestone floorings and stainless steel railings... Even the Koi fish!!! Focus should be on the house details, not on the host..

Hot climate. No snow. Open car porch is best.

Either you change your camera man or you teach him how to record properly. The more i go into the video the more i got annoyed because the camera just keeps focusing on the people, not the house!

I wonder in the master bathroom why dont you replace with big sliding door and of course glasses or wood style fences. Imagine enjoying the full view while taking a bath. Plus the design inside the house looks old, not attractive for me.
