If you don’t like Brussels sprouts try this. 1 buy them in season 2 wash them 3 chop off the stem and trim the outer layer 4 par boil them 5 fry a pan full of bacon, and I mean extremely full of back bacon 6 chop the bacon into bits and then put the par boiled Brussels sprouts in the same pan as the bacon. (Optional, put a few cubes of butter in the pan while frying) 7 stir occasionally, making sure everything is mixed well together and cooked until a fork can penetrate it easily 8 season with salt and pepper according to your liking and serve My mom makes this every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas, it never disappoints.
