The last time we visited Paramin was 8 years ago . This time we decided to take a tour hosted by Nature Nerds TT .
Our tour Guide Carlos who lives in Paramin was passionate about sharing his area. We visted Aunty Julia along the North Coast Road for dirt oven coconut bake, stewed saltfish served with traditional cocoa tea in enamel cups.
Shortly after we checked out the Paramin lookout, enjoyed the cool air , warm sunshine and exceptional views. Then we visited the Cave in Paramin alongside picture perfect hills filled with seasinings and ended off the tour with homemade wine and a visit to the church in Paramin.
We loved the tour and can't wait to visit again to spend more time at the Paramin lookout it was our favouite location in the tour.
