Family bonding highlighted is significant. In these times of competition, pressure for success, the institution of family should not be neglected. Good story 👌

By mentioning america so many times, We know that she is not an american. Americans do not say america all the time. I was enjoying the story but constantly saying in america throw me off. I decided that they are from some other Country and is explaining to the people in their country about america.

American community, American society, American standards, American culture, in America big garages are the norm. Gaah, stop the lecture on American customs and culture.

I agree with you, and it’s not just America that has all these communities and standards. It is common in the UK as well. It’s nothing unusual and will be the same in western cultures.

      Total overload on America's norms.

I agree with you. The author of this story would have done better with it if he/she had not used 'America' all the time.

Wow! 1984 calling? Very disappointing and triggering! Was this written by the insurance industry? 😮Mental health for all? 🥺 Dream world and not an accurate picture of the struggle that people go through to even find a therapist, much less afford one. In the words of our president - Malarkey! If you take out all of the propaganda, the story itself is good.
