Had the privelage of meeting Mr Jackie Dennis last night at the book launch of 'Edinburgh in the 1950s'. What a lovely guy.

I loved the six five special movie of him they had on u tube. Shame they have taken it off. It was lovely to watch and took me back to the 50's.

Jackie version of this is great...what a voice.... but it is nearly impossible to dance the cha cha cha to because it is way to fast to cha cha to....for dancing I prefer Billie and Lillie's version because it is done at the perfect tempo for cha cha-ing
Well he's half way to becoming the gay he obviously did, he's wearing a skirt. Maybe that's what pushed him over the edge.
