The parking garage ones in the dead Worcester Galleria look like this, with some differences, mostly in the floors and venting. Everything else is identical.
That elevator was broken the last time I tried to photograph it... It ALWAYS brakes... It goes the same speed as the lovely glass passenger elevator :)
I agree with Suzzez - I think the fixtures are Monitor.

Oddly, at the Dead Galleria, the freighters were 3'rd party Otis.
At least I got ONE of them on video. :)

Those are Monitor fixtures....
This looks like a very basic transit system style elevator and the MAD buttons are the same buttons that they use for most NYC Subway elevators
Those are Monitor HPS, not MAD.

@haughton4ever Well that is true!! He makes all elevator filmers look bad, with some of the illegal things he does. I also heard he was the original spam user so, I guess he is like the "Herpes" of the elevator community. I encourage all you guys to unsubscribe him and block him!!
This thing is way too slow for the amount of use it gets. What makes it worse is that the back of house staff simply does not know how to properly use it. Pushing both buttons just makes it worse...
