I so resonate with past disordered eating and walking into the journey of weight loss by eating in a way that feels good for my body by eating foods that my body needs. I’ve gone into the high protein as well and I have fallen in love with sparkling water. I’ve moved out of energy drinks and into starting off the day with caffeinated mandarin blackberry water, with a coffee later in the morning if I need it. I feel so incredibly lucky and blessed to have a creator in my orbit who I resonate with so deeply.
i can relate to thinking i can fix people. somehow i can love them enough that it heals them. ive learned that its pretty arrogant of me to think that. i cant fix anyone. i cant change anyone. im not that powerful. it was never my job.

This is not easy to say but I know the truth hurts and how your words ring true when I feel it in my body, literally. I have been that very negative person. So so negative and it’s funny because I now cannot stand to be around people like that either but this made me realize I still have those tendencies to latch onto someone and give them the role of my savior even when they don’t want it/never offered to be it to begin with. And this gives me something to work on. I guess my inner self-constructive critic came to the front here.
My perspective is that the three taps to get through her poppi discussion seems like a small price to pay to celebrate a small step to normalizing NA options. I’ve been sober for eight years and get so tired of clicking through minutes of boozy sponsorships with tasting notes 😂 But I get it your fizzy take. Not everyone’s cup of tea.
