Yes sir, bulk loads is a tuff set of lanes to figure out. Once you get out of the rat race and utilize your hopper at about 70% (running full, not waiting in line) and the only other way i make it work is: i have a pusher axle on my trucks and tripple axe cornhusker hoppers liscensed to 95K. Delivering that extra 15 tons per load makes bulk loads pay much better than any other trailer ive pulled.
That said, you gotta trip plan, i just use a permitting company and have no problem permitting for 95K on 7 axles in the 5-7 state area we run.
Remember, bulk loads is all about tonnage, speed, and axles! Just run some #'s at 95K gross per load vs 80K gross per load and i guarantee youll price a pusher axle and take a look if u got the frame space! Lol.
Good luck, you got a sweet truck, almost too nice for some of those yards!!! But thats bulk loads, i rebuild nice older trucks but i dont built MATTS trucks! Just no point, i could wash my truck every morning and ill be dirty by the end of the day.

What kind of empty weight do you have with that Wilson? I had a 96 W9 and a 48' Timpte spread it was like 32k empty weight
With this trailer I was running 33,500, it is a 2018. With the newer 2024 I weighted about 31k.
