You should apply the wax going down and rip the paper up. The reason you weren’t pulling anything is because you did it the opposite way.

Her hair grows upwards that’s why she rolled it up then ripped downward

Are you sure your hairs were long enough to wax? How many days did you let them grow?

Wax is applied in direction of hair growth and pulled off in opposite direction of hair growth 😄 Maybe that's the reason
