Titus IS him. Not sure if the live action will follow Titus or another story - details are scarce. Titus is a relatively new character to the 40K universe... there are other, much loved characters that the fans have been screaming for for years. Only time will tell!
@@SupremeNamelessOne It's a Psyker. He was kept in that box not that others are protected from him, but to his protection. If they didn't keep him in that stasis "coffin" he wouldn't even survive the Landing, because those drop pods are Astartes only. Every normal Human riding in one of those would turn to paste upon it hitting the Ground.
@@SupremeNamelessOne Because it's a mistake. As Merovinjian already mentioned Astropaths exclusively deal with warp navigation. It literally makes zero sense for the Psyker to be a Astropath, they both have completly different skillsets necessary for their Jobs. It's also not the only mistake. Ultramarine Orbital Command Voice actor is credited as Mark Sheppard. I know the Actor well enough from Supernatural, he has a distinctive, easily recognizable voice. I listened to the Voice Line several times on repeat now, and can say: Either Mark Sheppard managed to get a completly new voice in the last couple of years, or that isn't him. Yes i know voice actors being able to sound different, but not to this extreme, it's literally a entirely different voice.

The Secret Level episode 5 and the animation Astartes(the same guy worked on both) got a lot of people into warhammer 40k. If you are interested in some dope animations and stories then Astartes, Armoring of a Space Marine, The reveal trailers for 9th and 10 edition 40k as baller, if you are intrested in some cell and shade made story content from the world Helsreach and The last church are both great animations based on books in the setting. There are Books so many dang books, like hundreds but there are great places to start reddit has some really good one, I have a couple of suggestions which I will include at the bottom of the comment if you are interested. You have the Loretubers: Weshammer, Luetin09, Bricky, There are so many more but these are the big ones. Bricky has videos Called the Warhammer Timeline explained, Every faction explained, all space marine legions(Not chapters) but they are a bit inaccurate now and he is going to remake them but they are a great starting place the other two are great for pure education but tend to be more educational then entertainer which Imo is great in its own way 100%. You have the Lexiconum, which is a super accurate curated and properly sourced wiki for 40k(The sources are citied at the bottom) and many podcasts my personal favorite is Adeptus Ridicules Which features Bricky teaching another person named DK along with the never silent shy all about Warhammer it has weekly releases and lets you learn along side others they also have a 40k book club now which is nice. If you want to learn the game you have RUclipsrs Like Play on Tabletop which boils down 40k games into 40minute rundowns and their are all great energies, Auspex Tactics who never sleeps and breaks down everything you need or want to know about playing and updates within seconds again never sleeps, and Goonhammer which is a webpage and comedic review group that gives the best Tabletop updates. Here are some baller recommendos for books if you want to get started without much knowledge, The Infinite and Divine(A necron book that is so good and lore light beyond what it explains to you that a new person can get in about a basically robot cleptomaniac and a robot time wizard who have a 65million year rivalry) the Eisenhorn Series(And Inquisitor book series thats a bit old in terms of lore but help set the precedent for many things in lore its lore heavy but explains it all), Horus Rising(Set 10k years before then current events and is the first of 50+books that act as a prequel to the world of 40k and detail the events of the Horus Heresy an event that created the imperium and galaxy of the 41st millennium). there are so many more but these are a great start
If you wanna play Space Marines 2... it continues the story of Part 1... knowing the story of Titus isn't mandatory, but it helps a little bit to understand Titus' situation in the game.... However I strongly recommend to get to know about the lore of Warhammer 40k... at least about the universe I personally started to learn with some RUclips videos ... Bricky did some really easy to understand videos about Warhammer 40k... I'd start with Bricky's video about all Warhammer 40k factions and every Space Marine legion explained. There is also a relatively "short" video explaining the timeline. I also recommend Luetin's videos, which get more into detail. There are also several others like Templin Institute, etc. ... FYI the Warhammer 40k lore is overwhelmingly big
The astartes/space marines were designed to be incorruptible. For those familiar with 40k lore know they definitely are not and the reason why is a long story. But Titus is what the Emperor was trying to achieve 13000 years ago.

Yeah the game is sick. It takes a while to get used to the controls to pull off those combos and nail the parry system but stick with it it’s worth it
