I did this meditation again this morning and realized that it had worked. The first time I did it, I felt a huge surge of emotion and thought I was going to cry. I walked away and felt peace. This time, I could hardly see him. There was some emotion but strength on my side. As I cut the cord and walked away, I smiled inside as I knew that it had worked. Thank you so much, I have carried the negative energy for 16 years and I finally feel that I can breathe again. Bless you always 🙏✨❤️

Thank you for this meditation. I dont normally seek out things like this, but I've been trying to cope with losing a dear friend who wasnt who I thought they were. They turned their back on me after everything we've been through together and I've been devastated. This meditation and visualization caused a big reaction and many tears and it was like a cauterizing type of pain followed by relief. I know I need to let go and move on. Thank you so much for this. Thank you for your light and love put in these videos. For me something amazing happened. I came across this clip whilst there was Full Moon few weeks ago, in Virgo if I am not mistaken. Well I had my burning ritual and then I listening your cutting cord meditation whilst I was laying in the bathtub full with cleansing water. Your meditation made me cry whilst I was imagining cutting cords with ALL the people that have hurt me so far, including my dad. That same night I had these 3 dreams with 3 of the people part of my most intensive stories in my life. They all transmitted a certain message, that made me feel as if I am getting the closure needed. The soothing piano in the background and your calm voice made me focus on what I had to do. ❤❤Okay, I just tried the meditation. I have to say that I will be doing this again and again. Until I am no longer triggered when I see black cars or something that reminds me of him I would do it again until he’s no longer knocks on my door drives through my neighborhood, pumping music trying to get my attention trying to get my energy. Concerning the meditation, it was beautiful. I feel free, and at peace when I first started the session after relaxing there was tension as soon as you mentioned the table. And a great deal of discomfort. When you ask for that person to be visualized walking up to the table I think it was my solar plexus that I felt discomfort in my face and literally can’t stop and discuss and discomfort. I started the meditation but I had to stop because it was too intense so I know that there’s still some trauma there I took some breaths regroup and started again. I was able to finish the whole session I know the first time I looked into his eyes and then literally a second or two after that I could not look into his eyes, so I just had to feel the presence after I got through the chant, the loving and kind words and intention. I felt very strong and at peace afterwhile I started smiling and feeling really good. I walked away, and I did picture him sitting at the table then you said don’t look back, so I will be doing this over and over again until I’m no longer looking back and visualizing him at the table. I guess I felt bad for him sitting there which is what got me in this place in the first place feeling bad for him instead of valuing me 110% overall I feel really peaceful and I love everything that was said and done I can truly see where there is trauma and emotional trapment in my body and that I am ready for this process to be done and free. I do have the power. Thank you so much.❤❤❤❤❤

Honestly this is the most realistic cord cutting meditation I ever did . I found a several cord cutting meditation video before and mostly are too long and doesn't indicate the cutting moment.
I had this video saved for someone I loved in the past. They keep coming into my energetic space. Maybe I’m unconsciously calling out to them. It’s been 15yrs but still not sure if I’m ready to cut that cord. Anyways, I used this meditation this morning for someone I work with. He had some nasty energy towards me yesterday, so I figured this could work well. He’s also very reliant on me. This was wonderful and powerful!!! Thank you!!! Now I want to use this with my parents. 😅 Love them, but would also love to cut some cords. Yeah, the ad in the middle was startling, but other than that-fantastic.

Why do I cry so hard every time I do this? It’s like it feels wrong to let him go but I know that I have to because it’s destroying my life with his constant ghosting and has cheated on me in the past. Question please? I did this letting go meditation and I also did a letting go ritual on the note of the full moon. That nite I had 4 vivid dreams about her that were confusing to me. Why? Why? Why?
For some souls that have been through trauma together, or have karma left to work through, or lessons to learn, cutting ties can be difficult and these cord cuttings need to be done more than once. Some say once for every life you’ve lived through together. Also, it’s been proven we entangle at the quantum level, so when you visualize the cord cutting it literally calls her up in the quantum world and what you’re seeing is her responding, even if it is only at the subconscious level. Keep trying, stay grounded and keep assuring yourself that you can let go. That you’re a sovereign soul deserving of love and happiness. Sending prayers and healing to you, you’ve got this 🙏🏻❤️
This was really powerful. I felt peace up until he was sitting across the table from me holding the cord. All of a sudden the energy went from light to dark and very angry on his end. I started crying and felt a pang in my heart space and shortness of breath, almost panic as held the scissors to the cord and cut. I am feeling very overwhelmed right now.
Some people are quite difficult to cut cords with. if anything like this happens again, take some deep breaths, do some grounding and remind yourself that you are safe, and you are a divine being of light. Try a different cord cutting video if you’re going to try again, you can also try holding some black tourmaline, that will absorb the dark energy 🙏🏻
What does it mean when the candle holder brakes. I did it 1st time. Used glass heart shaped candle holders (have had them for years). 1-st time my candle holder cracked, his candle holder broke in half. 2nd time I used circle candle holders very very thick. Used those for years as well. His broke again, in half and mine didn’t at all. But both candles burned equally long.
Wow, that’s powerful, sounds like you are breaking some bindings that have existed for lifetimes! Sometimes the lines of energy between people are so thick that cutting them releases energy. I have also had candle holders break during cord cutting. I think it’s a good sign that your candle holder stayed intact the second time, your energy stayed solid, keep building up your self care and self love and nothing can touch you 🙏🏻✨

Yes it will definitely help! I would also suggest visualizing a shield around yourself and your house. Visualize a protective globe over your house, then make it a mirror facing outward so anyone trying to look will only see their own reflection, and it will send back any negative energy sent to you. Cord cuttings are meant to sever a painful relationship that is no longer serving you. if you want to make one better I would suggest doing Ho’oponopono or some other meditation meant to heal it 🙏🏻💛
I'm cutting the cord for good with a fake friend after many years of trying to hold onto the hope. I forget ot and move on finding new friends that truly align

Hi. I finished the meditation however I found it extremely emotional as if I didn't want to let go ( which I do). At the part you said get up there was a big gap before you said don't look back and I turned and saw him collapsed face down on the table. What does that mean ? I still walked into the golden light
I think there may be one of three things going on here, let me know if any of them resonate with you. First, there may still be unresolved feelings between the two of you, so even though your desire is to walk away, the Universe still has more to bring through for you. As if you are literally still leaving things in the table that need to come out. Secondly, the timing just may be off, like there just might be interference from some external source. Is this person still trying to hold on tightly? I think the pause is there as you’re walking away because some are meant to look back, so it’s no mistake that you did. How powerful was their hold on your energy? Do you still have items they gave you? Try getting rid of everything connected to them. Thirdly, it could also be that the energetic cords between you are just extraordinarily thick. Maybe you’ve spent many lifetimes working out lessons with this soul and it will take more than one time, or more than one thing to fully sever the energy. Perhaps try again with the intent to cut ties from all lifetimes. Good luck, sending you some healing energy 🙏🏼💛

Unfortunately its not just the case of me and him.we have a son together which means things he is gifting him are in my household :(.. also when I turned around it was literally like someone flipped me round and I felt the urge to help him..naturally I'm a spirit who feels the need to help every body but I'm so over this relationship . He was extremely abusive and manipulative. I want to move on in life . Im always drained where as before I met him I was energetic, bubbly and bright. I can feel the grey clouds round my aura. :(
@@Jen-xp5uc in that case, maybe you work on protecting your energy and building up energetic boundaries. Since you cannot totally cut the energy off, it makes sense that he’s still there at the table. So you strengthen your aura and your self love, self care, and start to build a safe space within yourself that he cannot reach. You do have the power to protect your energy. Imagine golden light surrounding yourself whenever you know you have to deal with him, build a shield of light..and forgive yourself for any moments where you feel empathy for him, you would not be you if you did not feel that 🙏🏻💛 light and healing for you ✨
It took me 5 attempts to cut the cord. My scissors cut right through it and Instantly it mended. The 5th time it finally fell to the table. So much pain. I could feel them feel me in the physical.

This was really powerful. I felt peace up until he was sitting across the table from me holding the cord. All of a sudden the energy went from light to dark and very angry on his end. I started crying and felt a pang in my heart space and shortness of breath, almost panic as held the scissors to the cord and cut. I am feeling very overwhelmed right now.
Some people are quite difficult to cut cords with. if anything like this happens again, take some deep breaths, do some grounding and remind yourself that you are safe, and you are a divine being of light. Try a different cord cutting video if you’re going to try again, you can also try holding some black tourmaline, that will absorb the dark energy 🙏🏻

What does it mean when the candle holder brakes. I did it 1st time. Used glass heart shaped candle holders (have had them for years). 1-st time my candle holder cracked, his candle holder broke in half.
2nd time I used circle candle holders very very thick. Used those for years as well. His broke again, in half and mine didn’t at all. But both candles burned equally long.
Wow, that’s powerful, sounds like you are breaking some bindings that have existed for lifetimes! Sometimes the lines of energy between people are so thick that cutting them releases energy. I have also had candle holders break during cord cutting. I think it’s a good sign that your candle holder stayed intact the second time, your energy stayed solid, keep building up your self care and self love and nothing can touch you 🙏🏻✨

Yes it will definitely help! I would also suggest visualizing a shield around yourself and your house. Visualize a protective globe over your house, then make it a mirror facing outward so anyone trying to look will only see their own reflection, and it will send back any negative energy sent to you. Cord cuttings are meant to sever a painful relationship that is no longer serving you. if you want to make one better I would suggest doing Ho’oponopono or some other meditation meant to heal it 🙏🏻💛
I'm cutting the cord for good with a fake friend after many years of trying to hold onto the hope. I forget ot and move on finding new friends that truly align

Hi. I finished the meditation however I found it extremely emotional as if I didn't want to let go ( which I do). At the part you said get up there was a big gap before you said don't look back and I turned and saw him collapsed face down on the table. What does that mean ? I still walked into the golden light
I think there may be one of three things going on here, let me know if any of them resonate with you. First, there may still be unresolved feelings between the two of you, so even though your desire is to walk away, the Universe still has more to bring through for you. As if you are literally still leaving things in the table that need to come out. Secondly, the timing just may be off, like there just might be interference from some external source. Is this person still trying to hold on tightly? I think the pause is there as you’re walking away because some are meant to look back, so it’s no mistake that you did. How powerful was their hold on your energy? Do you still have items they gave you? Try getting rid of everything connected to them. Thirdly, it could also be that the energetic cords between you are just extraordinarily thick. Maybe you’ve spent many lifetimes working out lessons with this soul and it will take more than one time, or more than one thing to fully sever the energy. Unfortunately its not just the case of me and him.we have a son together which means things he is gifting him are in my household :(.. also when I turned around it was literally like someone flipped me round and I felt the urge to help him..naturally I'm a spirit who feels the need to help every body but I'm so over this relationship . He was extremely abusive and manipulative. I want to move on in life . Im always drained where as before I met him I was energetic, bubbly and bright. I can feel the grey clouds round my aura. :(
@@Jen-xp5uc in that case, maybe you work on protecting your energy and building up energetic boundaries. Since you cannot totally cut the energy off, it makes sense that he’s still there at the table. So you strengthen your aura and your self love, self care, and start to build a safe space within yourself that he cannot reach. You do have the power to protect your energy. Imagine golden light surrounding yourself whenever you know you have to deal with him, build a shield of light..and forgive yourself for any moments where you feel empathy for him, you would not be you if you did not feel that 🙏🏻💛 light and healing for you ✨

It took me 5 attempts to cut the cord. My scissors cut right through it and Instantly it mended. The 5th time it finally fell to the table.
