Faithleap I like the more brutal and raw Polaris they’ve given us but still love the melodic part of them. Wouldn’t be metalcore without it

This song really took me off guard, if only because of the reference to his nightmares in the first few lines. Have been recently having similar ones involving my teeth falling out, could be a coincidence but still very jarring.

August Burns Red, Fit For A King, Wage War, Erra, etc..., etc..., are bands whom I consider to be in the " heavy " category. Polaris gets just as much play, as those others do, but I, personally, don't think Polaris is " heavy ". Some groups sound really good, when they scream all of their lyrics. I don't think Polaris sounds their best, when they scream a song, in it's entirety. But, that's just my opinion.
J W Miller welll that was a pretty solid text right there , I do think the same , like it needs some ‘’rest’’, but , I think it’s done well with some songs like ‘’Creatures’’. It doesn’t need cleans to me

i'm just now giving this band a proper listen-through. so far from what i've heard, _this_ sound is one that highlights the full scope of their brilliance. i really really hope they continue in this direction for their next album.
