I don't know much about the Eastern States, but here in West Australia Land out in the wheat belt can vary from 200 dollars an acre to about 2000 dollars depending on how reliable the rain fall is. Farms can vary from around 10.000 acres to about 150.000 acres, but that's just in the wheat belt. Once you go into station country then you are looking at 500.000 acres up. Down South of Perth you get more cattle country, and grapes, West Australia best corner of the best country in the world 😂
