  • From episode 203 of "Student Voices / Student Choices" on Iowa Public Television 12/11/1989. T.A.P. was a performance group at Luther College in Decorah Iowa, and according to Tina Yothers, T.A.P. stands for Theatre Attitudinal Perspectives. According to the show's credits, this performance was written and directed by Darwin Baldridge, and features Janeen Fowler, Shelby Myers, Pat Strain, and Jon LaMaster.
Here are the lyrics according to the transcript (it should be noted that the transcript has the lyrics totally wrong, but it's very funny so I'm pasting it here anyway):
Love friends say they won't get bogged down. Says. Their spouse. Yes drug. Tests and pressure.
Do you. Know. What I. Just. Died. Larry you know nobody like her. Would make. My life. With. Every. Other inmates while a lot of them don't feel comfortable around her. Going to cut your heart but your brain. Just. Pressure. In my life. Heat and strong. Pressure. Wrong to. Tell. Me What To Do. What's. Your plans. I gotta work. Period. But really the last words were tell me we're going to Mars. This one time it's. Like it's more. Pressure. Here strong. Pressure. Oh you. Know. Thank you.
