If individuals involved in the attempt to overturn the election are found to have engaged in insurrection or rebellion, Section 3 could be invoked to disqualify them from holding public office.
@johndonnely. If the Supreme Court can't understand this, then they need to be removed from their positions. That whole passage was clear as day and self executing, too. And how can Congress legislate removal when , in fact, members of Congress conspired in the insurrection. And they continue to incriminate themselves,aid and comfort to the "hostages" recording a song with the jailed insurrectionists, Members of Congress need to be disqualified as well as the orange POS.

Trump wanted the metal detectors removed by the Capitol. I have always believed he planned to have The National Guard, The Capitol Police, SWAT Teams, etc. reduced to pull off the insurrection. He made sure they were understaffed on Jan 6th.

I was watching this thing on RUclips and they showed this clip from Discovery+ documentary ‘Unprecedented’ (so good) and they asked Ivanka if she believed what Bob Barr said about it being a safe and fair election and that her dad lost and she said that she respected Bon and she trusted his opinion and what he said. They showed this to some trumpies and they literally said (like serious) they said that was not Ivanka. It didn’t even look like her it was a stand in or a look alike. I mean…….really?????? There is no rationalizing.
