At first i was hearing "Toutch the sky" by Kanye West, and i really really like the beat in that song. Then i did so research and then i find this amazing samble/song. I really enjoy 70s and 80s music, and this is just another classic banger.
I would suggest trying to find and listen to some ultimate breaks albums. You will be suprised whats been sampled by modern artists. Which are often inferior to the original in my opinion. There are always exceptions. Kanyes flashing lights was bettered by Gil Scott Heron [another OG]

This classic was in the UK charts In the summer of 1971 when I was 16 years old ...I loved it then and I still do now 51 years later.
