The reason you thought it might be real is because he tried to make it seem like it is. It's actually pretty deceptive. Look at the way he titled it like it's supposed to work on all consoles. Anyone who says "what idiot fell for this?" - kids and noobs! Kids and noobs fell for it. He makes sure not to open with superpowers or BFG and places in mundane ones like JB700 and a wanted level. Places bit's of script like you can't save while activating the mundane cheats but doesn't bother to put it in for the more ridiculous ones. It's all meant to deceive until you get to bubble cars. By then he's run out of sh*t to show that could be considered a reasonable cheat. He is trying to fool people for clicks. Everyone has seen every mod. It's boring content now. He's found a way to get clicks off mods again. That's all this is..

San andreas is the whole state that the game is based in. Los Santos is a city. If youre in the ocean, it says san andreas
