- An idea I had started about four years back but only a month or so ago decided to complete it. Anyone who is a fan of the Ratchet and Clank series will know the characters.

Makes it even more touching that Kaden literally went to the ends of space before giving up his son to protect him from Tachyon. Ratchet might have grown up alone, but he survived in the name of love.
This is.... BEAUTIFULLY well put together! *Cries* I always tried to imagine what it'd be like for Ratchet to find a letter from his Dad, or a journal even. This is so heartwarming, well done!

This should be canon to the series, a part or a sequel to rift apart perhaps, or even rift apart itself.

agreed im sure if and hopefully when they find the others as it is implied at the end of rift apart that they plan to find the surviving lombaxes that managed to get away I just hope it doesn't create heartache.

This is fantastic. This is really all the closure I've ever wanted from the end of the Future series, for Ratchet, Alister and Ratchet's parents. It's so beautiful, thank you so much for your hard work. Andy did a fantastic job voicing everyone.
As someone who was obsessed with the Future trilogy growing up, I can say this is how Insomniac should've ended the story. While A Crack in Time already had an amazing ending, I felt like it needed more closure. This is how the ending should've been. Into the Nexus was supposed to give closure as it originally featured the return of the lombaxes, but it was scrapped and became the game we know it as today. We should flood Insomniac with messages to make one final game in the Future series. This would be the ideal ending, and Insomniac should take inspiration from your ideas.
hopefully the end of rift apart is a war against the lombaxes and nefarious forces and after ratchet and the female lombax hit it off so the species can prosper

Srry to say but....
While 'Rift Apart' didn't really show the return of the Lombaxes, I've got a small feeling that the writers can't just leave off the seties without a game that shows the return of the Lombaxes.
We all know this should have been in the series.
But as a fan made, this still holds just enough significance as if it were already in.
I needed to put it all together in my mind, 'cause you just punched me with high power of emotions.
You've made something that even Insomniac Games havn't done with R&C yet, focusing on Kaden's side. Your video made me cry uglier than ACiT ending did.
Everything composed amazing view together. Your beautiful arts, breathtaking voice-acting, perfect chosen music. It all created Niagara of tears.
I hope Insomniac will see this video so they can learn how to perfectly show emotions in R&C series and focusing on characters more in their next game.
You're real inspirations.

That was really good. Makes me wish Kaden really did write Ratchet a note for them to find. Also love all of the little scenes with Kaden and Ratchet. It's just so cute.

Well, I wasn't expecting to have the feels today, but here we are.
Why...has this yet...to be in any of the games?! We've hardly seen anything of Kaden beyond what Azimuth told us. This was too precious, I love it!

With the ending in Rift Apart, they imply that the main characters will be searching for the Lombaxes in the next game, so we very well could get a flashback scene like this!

Wow the work here is SO GOOD. Like, the animation is OF THE BEST! And, LET'S NOT TALK ABOUT THE VOICE ACTOR, who did ALL 3 voices PERFECTLY, almost like the real ones! (and even clank, even though he's so hard!) keep up the good work!
I enjoy the fact that you kept the Mother's face discrete as in the series, we actually don't know who the Mother was and in the movie (Even though it might not be canon) he refers to being dropped off or left behind as a baby.
This is beautiful. I really hope Rift Apart explore more about Ratchet's BG or even brings a closure.

I cried to this. God, you portray the pain that Kaden had when losing Ratchet, it literally tears you apart.
By far the most heartwarming thing I’ve ever seen. This is one of the only things to actually make me cry. I have very high hopes that the Future Saga continues in the next game.
