Good luck! For me I first worked on doing a 5K then I added some hills/elevation to a 5K. Once I got comfortable with that, I tried a 10K and boom it just happened. Strength training helped too so things like lunges, squats. Looking forward to more updates!
Oh awesome! Strength training is definitely the one thing I'm desperately lacking currently, really need to work on that!!

This videos comes at the perfect time for me! My mood has taken a hit since I stopped/slowed down on running. Lacing up my sneakers now 🙌🏻

I do love swimming but it's definitely far more of an effort and far more costly unfortunately!
