The Silent Hill Chapter introduces a new map, Midwich Elementary School: the childhood trauma that once took place in its halls has since manifested itself into a twisted, nightmarish design. The new Killer is The Executioner: take control of Pyramid Head and wield his great knife to unleash his twisted brand of punishment on all who cross him. The new Survivor is Cheryl Mason, a courageous, outspoken woman who survived the hellish Otherworld of Silent Hill, and exacted revenge on the Order that killed her father. With experience beyond her years, she's prepared to once again stand against any evil that confronts her.

Dead by Daylight is an asymmetrical multiplayer horror game where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer and the other four play as Survivors. As a Killer, your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible. As a Survivor, your goal is to escape and avoid being caught and killed.
They’ve got killers from movies, a tv show, and a video game. Now all’s that’s left is a killer from a book

Maybe Norman Bates. Maybe IT. I love and never thought about the idea of a DBD book BLC killer until now.
A cenobite from the Clive Barker books? You never know. If it came to book villains, the only people I can think of are Norman Bates, IT, Annie Wilkes (imagine ahahah) or someone like Bruno Frye from Whispers.

It's kinda frightening that Pyramid Head moves fast here, compared to the main games of SH.

Odd... I don't recall seeing Pyramid Head in any games in the series besides 2 and in bits from Homecoming. Never saw him in 3.

The fact that they used his silent Hill 2 look (barring some minor changes) makes me extremely happy, of course dead by daylight has a way lighter tone than the one pyramid head is usually showcased in

Man, Silent Hill 2 was genius. 20 years went by, and Pyramid Head is still one of the most iconic monsters in horror games.

@Eunique Sneed Each game has it's own individual story but 1 & 3 are closely linked. 2 probably has the deepest, emotional and most personal story in any of the Silent hill games. Definitely worth checking them out.

Ok, I was confused on the last survivor perk for a minute, until I heard “Once teen perk deactivate”. For those who don’t know, when you use t while fixing a generator, you will call upon the entity to block it for a moment. When the entity is gone, the affected generate will be revealed to all survivors. This is good to lessen the time of finding generators.
By far the best chapter even a year later. Dead by Daylight may not be perfect, but this chapter brought so much light to the game. Pyramid Head didn't deserve the booty nerf but he's a good addition to the game, and Cheryl? Don't get me started. Cheryl has to be the only licensed that has a deep connection with Dead by Daylight and the Entity, probably being the strongest young survivor that could exist. Repressed Alliance literally allows her to control the entity at her own will and block generators, let's not forget that she's a literal God slayer too. She has many protections like the Seal of Metatron, and she was my new main as soon as she came out. The only MAJOR flaw with this chapter was definitely the map, the map design is creepy and excellent, however placement with gates and Generators as well as p3 Claudette totem spots are a bit annoying and super difficult to deal with, especially if you're the last survivor left and you're dealing with doors that are literally 40 meters apart (I know I sound like a salty survivor main, sorry if I do but I just think the way they mapped it out is a bit annoying, lol.) I've never played silent hill until after this chapter came out, and I still haven't finished the 3rd game. Even so, I absolutely love this chapter.

football Stars company Pennywise is actually the avatar of a demonic creature within the Dead Lights that devours worlds. If Pennywise -does_ appear, he would’ve probably inserted himself into the Entity’s Realm for fun instead of the Entity taking him.
I personally dont think Pennywise should pop up. Lorewise atleast, The Entity and Pennywise are both elaborately powerful characters. They both feed off fear, honestly. I dont see it.

To be honest, in my opinion the better the graphics get and the brighter the stages are, the less creepy it is. It's like with Resident Evil and the original silent hill games. They had this claustrophobic, dark and desperate feeling to them. I remember the hospital in the first one. Fucking terrifying. This just for some reason seams like a digitally animated haunted house
I get why they have it so that Cheryl/Heather is the new Survivor despite Pyramid Head actually being her protector, it's because they've got an element of each of the SH games - the school from Silent Hill, Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2, and Cheryl/Heather from Silent Hill 3
What about Carrie from the Stephen King book Carrie, She can be called The Tormented, A girl who was tormented by everyone around her, She finally reached her braking point and started to get vengeance on all she can see, She could have a skill that allows her to break or knock down structures from a distance, Of course on a long CD, Another skill could be she can cause a generator to overload, Electrocuting the survivor and putting them in the down or injured state, I dunno this is all from the top of my head.
