I believe the baby dragon is the Daughter of the Arc Dragon we witnessed pass on at the start of S2 Part 2, and if leaked episode descriptions are to be believed, she may be important in at least one episode. As for the set itself, I personally wanna get it because the forest dragon itself looks like a nice dragon

it might be but they never refer it to that in the set so it could be a new one, guess we wait until season 3.
