I can imagine that cheese being canon on the story, like Nova and Reapers circling around the Brutalisk and one or two of the Reapers gets brutally impaled (see what I did there) as theyre distracting it from going towards Horner n friends.
I like how the snow covers your buildings. Even though this campaign has an even worse story than the Epilogue, the level design and details are stellar.
You think it has a worse story than the epilogue? That’s sort of weird, I thought the general consensus was that covert ops had one of the tightest stories of the trilogy
@@Aliencommander1245 I agree, I definitely find the DoM's notion of sabotaging the Dominion and the use of Psi-emitters more believable, and has the OG SC1 vibe to it, than Kerrigan turning into a glowy angel.
@@wilhua3083 The SC1 vibe makes some sense. Im pretty sure they were specifically setting up the Defenders as remnants of the good old Terran Confederacy as a red herring, since they're based in Tarsonis despite it still being swarmed with Zerg, and they use psi-emitters.

I believe these zergs are "feral" zergs? Couldn't Zagara integrate all of them to legitimate zerg swarm to keep them under control? Could terran confederacy's psi emitter effect Zagara and her swarm as well?
cheol yoon chung Zagara could’ve I guess, but feral Zerg have always existed even under the overmind and kerrigan’s swarm, if they have no overriding intelligence like a broodmother then getting one deep into Terran space just to retrieve them is way more trouble than it’s worth for a bunch of outdated Zerg strains. Psi emitters do work on zagara’s swarm though, in the book Evolution, set after lotv, terrans use psi-emitters to lure a bunch of rampaging swarm Zerg to a place they’ve set up a nuke, to thin their numbers. In this scenario they’re exploiting some issues in broodmother control, though, so under normal circumstances a brood’s leader could override the attraction of the emitter
Hey Jay, there is a series of games you might like since you like micro lol. It's called Ground Control. It's a bit older but still enjoyable. This campaign seems really cool and fun to play, but the cutscene cgi seems a little... off... The character animation does that "cycle 2-3 slight animations" and uh- look at the marines gun at 2:23 lmao
Shouldn't Dominion troops be wearing red armor? I wonder why they retained Raynors Rebel uniforms...I guess after the fall of Arcturus, Raynors Raiders has been officially integrated into Dominion Military, but Horner thought it would be meaningful to keep the spirit and pride of Former Raynor Raiders alive by keeping the old uniforms...
dominion changed colors after valerian came to power so dominion is blue officialy from the former red cuz blizz wants all bad guys to have red when it dont make sense every faction should have their colors as in sc broodwar but well well
Cheese is what you put in food to make it taste good. It's the "easy way out," making it so you don't need as much effort as intended. Need to make something good? Throw cheese on it. Need to kill a brutalisk? Throw cheese on it

you can build a command center right next to your ally's and sort of leech minerals from them, it's useful since only have 4 mineral fields
