Ingredients (Yield about 20 cookies)
unsalted butter .... 100g
icing sugar .... 60g
salt .... 1/4 tsp
egg yolk .... 1
all purpose flour .... 140g
cocoa powder .... 14g
sliced almonds .... 70g
fan bake in 160 C degree for about 23-25 mins
