Yoongi was actually one of the buffest trainees back in the day. l mean.. he was a basketball player during his whole school days, a b-boy, and used to enjoy exercising so it’s not a big surprise. It was after his car accident when he stopped all the exercises. It left him chronic shoulder pain and permanent injury, and the doctor told him that he should not exercise anymore and had to live with minimal movement. He started losing muscle and became less active, the pain restricted him from all activities and because he had to perform, all he could do was taking painkillers to hope it reduces the pain but he never let it show and always performed with so much passion and intensity. Still hurts to see the clip of Yoongi grabbing his shoulder in pain.. But after the surgery(2020), Yoongi could start working out and has gained a lot of muscle. There’s this recent Run BTS episode where the members keep making fun of him and exaggerating for doing all sorts of exercises, and Suga looked so done lol
Fun fact : Yoongi actually trained in judo and weight lifting a lot a little while back. He was bulking up a lot of muscle and looked super buff and toned and everyone said he was becoming like JK. Anyway, he had gained so much muscle that he accidentally tore through some of his stage outfits while rehersing so the stylists told him to stop or else he wouldn’t fit in his clothes anymore 🥲 I’m still salty about it
I love how Yoongi just pops out of nowhere and starts screaming or dancing, or just sits quietly in the background and watches the members like he doesn't even exist there lol❤
Suga used to B- boy until his shoulder injury. He stopped altogether after that. He was pretty good at it too. Imagine if he wasn’t injured and he continued to B-boy and honed it even more? That would also be an amazing addition to BTS’ already impressive repertoire. BTS members are crazy talented.
Love BTS vs Zombies episode, they were hysterical. Suga is a fighter, you can tell by his demeanor, standance, muscle memory, and training plus his knuckles are always bruised so he's hitting something. Check out the Hulk-line! lol Going to say Tae has joined that line since he started his military training.💜👑🔥💜
Suga isn't my bias, but AgustD documentary on Disney plus was my pull into their music. I heard a few songs before ofc , and i started seeing their run bts tiktoks and i was intrigued, but I didn't know how good and deep the music was until that documentary. I randomly watched it a day and I'm happy i did. I also saw his concerts in theaters last year and this year 🫶🏾💜
It was because of Yoongi that I became interested in BTS, he is my favorite and that still hasn’t changed. I can't imagine what would have to happen for this to change.
I love this man so much that it hurts! He's one of my biggest role models... I can talk about him for hours and still have a lot more to say. He is such an amazing and smart man, with a beautiful soul, and an angelic look ^_^ He's so precious... I always feel the need to protect him... My beautiful man. I Absolutely Love You Yoongi!!!

and now, by the way, he seems to be boxing
If you notice Yoongi is touching his shoulder during their performance "tomorrow".. he's in pain but the show must go on.. 😢
