Low carb, are you trying to lose weight ?, If not going for weight loss, be sure to add more protein and healthy fat to your diet, and you are going to need more salt in your diet too, Plus potassium & magnesium. Your muscles need those three minerals for sure. I keep a food diary daily so i know what nutrition I`m getting or not getting. With you doing all this extra exercise, good idea keep track what your body needs. You are doing good on your time. Good luck on your goals.

I got the app John! It provides some wonderful insights. I definitely need figure out how to increase calories without the bad fats and bad carbs. Also I need to figure out how to get potassium in my diet.
