I did arise years ago and was a qapf... they micromanage to no end. At least they did. Constant "huddles" we used to have to whisper to ppl WHILE they were taking calls if they were doing something wrong. It was awful. Pay was good but hard to keep the job with the stress. Could have improved but I doubt much has.
