This is the first time I voted this early. Sometimes I don't vote, unfortunately. After hearing the crazy from Trump all these years I decided to cast my vote early as possible. That guy is nuts and his entire administration will be nuts, if allowed a return ticket to our House.

Voting in every election is important. You should check your voting registration on your state election board website & look for any upcoming chances to vote. A lot of little elections are not publicized. But even if you are a renter an increase in property taxes could have your landlord increase your rent. So those propositions are do you want this or that & are you willing to pay higher taxes for it? Town sherriff, city hall, & school board members all actually have far more effect on your day to day life but you will only find information about when you can vote on things like this from your state election board. Plus if you vote every single chance you get not just every 4 years then you can never be scrubbed from the rolls for inactivity.

As an adult? Did you vote when you were under age for presidential election?

In Wisconsin we can vote anonymously/confidentially. You should look into that in your state.

Your vote always counts! It’s just that we have become complacent and are asleep at the switch with local and state elections. For instance, my local school board had someone running who was a complete nutcase. I don’t want them having a say over my kids education. Nor do I want someone whose kids have been home school should be making decisions for public schools.
