what settings did you use on "Mobile Ryzen Master"? STAPM Limit, PPT fast slow limit, Temp, and VRM current? how much power did it use?
my swift 3 2500u only come with 45w adapter

Try setting it to 26w (if you have a 15w laptop) or 30w/35w (if you have a 25w laptop) and set the temp to 85c (15w) or 90c (25w) and set the VRM to 5000 to get minimal throttling and the most performance out of it

@@desno. Go to MSI Afterburner settings -> General -> Enable unified GPU usage monitoring.
For GPU usage you can try to update to the latest display driver (and BIOS if necessary) or just use additional OSD program HWiNFO.
