99% case me sirf huaband hi maintenance deta hai. 1% exceptional hote hai kyoki drama bhi to karna hai neutral hone ka.

The to be husbands should learn from the existing marriages and maintenance laws. The maintenance laws are like movie heroes , snatch from the wealthy and give it to poor as if it’s a good deed. Women never marry anyone who earns less than them and thus in almost any case men earning more become the victims of maintenance. Men should start strategizing. Men should avoid women not earning or earning too less even if they’re are not finding someone who is earning in the similar range.

This is not correct.
While alimony can be sought not only by spouses , but also by parents , etc , the DV act is specifically for women.
Only women are protected by this act, and men , are supposedly aggressors.
While on theory what you say is true, and yes, off late there have been cases where the man has been awarded alimony. The ratio is one to 250000.I..e , very rare. While the convept of alimony is basically for providing support to yhe the spouse, so often its being used as a tool for punishment. 😢

But what about the court forcing the husband to pay if both are jobless like an uneducated couple court force husband to have job like labour also when couple ask for divorce after 1 month wife ask for divorce like mostly why she should be provided alimony isn't it better the divorce is fast and she can remarry
By blessings of God husband r winning the case . By this wife's parents will stop to do wrong inference in life of husband and wife.
Fact is an abled man means an alive man but for women same thing is not applied. So practically it is baised and only harasses husband.
