This is exactly what I needed!! My parents are always so proud of my siblings but try to talk me out of barrel racing and never watch me run or even work but still tell me how I have to get better so fast, thank you for showing me not to listen to them!!!
The best thing I ever did in my life was buying my horse. He is my best friend, my partner. His trust and patience has helped build up my confidence and given me so much joy. It doesn’t matter what anyone else says, when I look into his eyes he’s telling me that we can do it. Trust your horse, trust your partnership, and go do what you love.
There is something special about the relationship between a human and horse....that trust one another. From birth to death....a symbiotic relationship.
Videos like this make me sad and motivated at the same time. I have barely any lessons because my instructor doesn't do lessons after shows and that's when I have them. They show almost every Sunday. I'm trying to get lessons every week with a different trainer at my barn. I hope it works out.
Totally feel that! I actually made this video during a period of time where I was lucky to even see a horse once a month. Now I finally have my own horses but we're dealing with chronic lameness in one of them, and the other one has a mystery lameness and I'm worried he might end up unrideable. :( I haven't ridden since the beginning of June, I've probably only ridden like.. 10 times this entire year, if that. I do still have dreams of making it to the Olympics someday, but it probably won't be by 2040 like I originally planned for, and it definitely won't be with either of my current horses. Good luck with your lessons! I hope you can figure something out so that you can ride more often!
@@doubleoxxer Thank you so much! Good luck with your horses. This gave me newfound motivation. I hope to be in the Olympics one day too, my dream is to be a professional show jumper that is also an equine vet. Good luck and I wish you the best!
Omg almost at 20k views?! This literally had 300 views less than a month ago.

That’s exactly my case too my parents would rather me show and look pretty but I like going fast
I want to start showing but I don't have a lot of self confidence and I have been gaining a lot more self confidence recently and this really helps
