@fifinudl6512 either will be fine and will get you a perfect dress. The resource for the original measurements is no longer available.

Could I sew lace ribbon over the bias tape and use that on the armhole and bow? Or will that mess up the function of the tape? Thanks!

Hi Mari. You said you cut the fabric size 22 x 44. Is that the size before you fold it and sew the 1/2 inch seam? When I count the squares on your cutting mat, it doesn't seem like those are the dimensions. Thanks.
Yes, that’s right. Also, there’s a chart in the description box with all the different sizes you can make.
