I actually know one gal who rocks the wavy lips. She was born with mild cleft lip so normal lipstick styles never worked with the natural shape of her lips. When the wavy lip thing came out she was all over it using a more subtle wave to work with the cleft part of her lip. She still wears it and it does look better on her than back when she tried to use a normal lipstick style.
