Truck loads of logs are nice, I'm down here in Mcarthur and I buy them when I can. Hopefully one of the loggers I know is going on a near by cut soon and I'll be able to get a few loads. It would be nice to know a few more outfits that cut so you can have more options.
I'm on the lookout for more like to intercept some paper mill loads with the smaller logs they usually charge less for those. The guy I got this from is on Facebook marketplace lot of times he's out of straitsville think currently he has 600 on there but if you catch him on the right day you can get it for less
Not sure about low pay or figure show $30 an hour selling it at a third of a cord for $120 but then again you have to add in if we sell it in bundles at $5 a bundle 32 bundles per third of a cord that's $160 per 1/3 . I suppose there's a lot of other ways to make money The issue is all of those you have to commit time to generally on somebody else's schedule. I can work on this whenever I please and a lot of this is a cash money situation The firewood stand itself is actually pretty passive. I guess it helps that I live in a tourist trap lol
