How to Run C/C++ Program in NetBeans 11.2 on Windows 10?

Thank you. Exactly what I needed. I had been using the NetBeans 8.2 with cygwin's c/c++ in 2016 and now that I did a clean OS install I downloaded NetBeans 12.2 but just couldn't find the c\c++ option under "available plugins". Your guide solved this. Thanks again for making this.

If MInGW does not show up in your Tool Collection tab just past C:\MinGW\bin in the path

Edit: I have resolve it, i lowered down my jdk version from 15 to 11. Ive downloaded the c++ plugin. Reverted back my jdk version 15. Sometimes netbeans is just too stubborn.
