I never cared for the spheres because i felt like it was cumbersome to try to clean by having to get a ball at a time. Love the superman thingy lol. Reconsidering it now. Thanks for sharing! 🙌💯🔥👏
My favorite of coral vue.....The Louisiana accent 😂 freaking love it! The brilliant work that goes into all the products is a close 2nd lol Moral of the story, cant ever go wrong joing this team!!!!
I really like the towers. For years I've kept spheres just thrown in my sump. They tend to clog with detritus but I can see how the tower would help keep this down to a minimum. 👍
Thank you! Your vidoes are a big help. I quit about 6yrs ago and recently decided to restart my old 34G Red Sea tank and didn't know technology for reef aquarium keeping has evolved so much. I wanted to automate most of the tasks especially topping off and water changes, which is the reason I quit in the first place, just didn't have enough time. Now I can automate. I've been intrigued with what CoralVue/Hydros has to offer and will soon purchase a controller bundle. I found a few devices from other companies offering auto water changers, I know there is the Hydros ATO but haven't seen a dedicated water changer. Will you have one anytime soon? Would love to see a video with Hydros controllers.
We suggest the smaller IceCap Pellet media which you just place in the small included bag. Otherwise the IceCap 4 x 8in or 4x4in bio-bricks make for easy placement of a lot of surface area.
There are some people a with 3d printers around that make the towers that'll drop down in an all in 1 tank. Ebay has some but for Nanos or small space the smaller media works great as well

The towers do make a world of difference when using the sphere biomedia.

It's crazy how far the hobby has come in the past 10 years! Meanwhile Neptune is in trouble with these guys around!
Anything made for a back of the Nano tanks ? Meaning mostly like a mimi tower unit ??
