This is definitely a much-awaited video which everyone has been expecting for a long time!!! Very attractive beef cooking flow with decent instruction subtitles and notes from audience's interface point of view. THANK YOU!!!
I love Japanese food so much and always want to learn! Love all your videos! Thanks for sharing the most authentic way to make 🍣! Been waiting for your new video for so long! 😢
Amazing video as usual! I'm always impressed with the wonderful flow, camera work, and editing of these videos! Thanks for another great recipe! Edit: Sorry I just remembered, but do you guys think you could make a video on how to make/use pickled mackerel? I tried it once under the sashimi section at a sushi restaurant and it was SO good
Thank you as always Edward san! Pickled mackerel sounds like a great theme to make an episode on! i'll definately jot that down on our To-film list 🖋 Thanks for the idea!!
I love your videos and tutorials. I find them very informative and one of the best on youtube. I wish you grow and success in youtube. Thank you for your work. I would like to ask if it possible to add alternatives to the ingredients in the video. In my place it is difficult to find sushi rice vinegar and mirin for example, so what do you think would be the best substitute?
Phai san, sorry for the late reply! Thank you so much for your compliments, super flattered :) As to answer your question, you can simply use normal vinegar as a substitute for rice vinegar...as for the mirin, you can replace it with mixture of sugar and sake. To 1TBSP Sake, add 1TSP sugar then mix it. This is a popular way to substitute for Mirin when we run out of it in ordinary Japanese home :)
Akira san.. I miss your videos!.. you have a great content.. and videos are well edited... please, keep sharing your knowledge!.. thank you!
