    Thank you for this informative video. I m currently 14 weeks pregnant and have severe flu. Every time I sneeze I pee. This is my second pregnancy. I wanted to ask would these exercises help me with this problem? and second I can only do kegels while lying on my side. Is that ok? I had a pelvic floor prolapse from my first normal delivery.

      @Mif excellent question and definitely not safe. Avoid using Kegel balls during pregnancy and at least for the first 6 weeks postpartum. Standard Kegel exercises without weights are usually the best form of pelvic floor strengthening during pregnancy. All the best! 🙏

      Ideally 3x10 or 12 reps up to 3 times a day i.e. 30-36 reps per day

      Hi Jennifer, up to 3 times a day. Try to do up to 10 long holds each time and add some fast ones as well.

      @Biplabini Dash yes you can! The only position to avoid from 16weeks of pregnancy onwards is Kegels lying on the back. Most women find that as pregnancy progresses to later stages Kegels side lying or kneeling are the most comfortable. All the best to you for your pregnancy and upcoming birth ❤️🌺

    I literally can not “lift” anything inside, I’ve tried and seems impossible for me 😩

      @Nelly's Creations yes this is a difficult action to feel. If your're heavily pregnant the lift becomes even harder when you're upright.
