Thank you for this informative video. I m currently 14 weeks pregnant and have severe flu. Every time I sneeze I pee. This is my second pregnancy. I wanted to ask would these exercises help me with this problem? and second I can only do kegels while lying on my side. Is that ok? I had a pelvic floor prolapse from my first normal delivery.

@Mif excellent question and definitely not safe. Avoid using Kegel balls during pregnancy and at least for the first 6 weeks postpartum. Standard Kegel exercises without weights are usually the best form of pelvic floor strengthening during pregnancy. All the best! 🙏

@Nelly's Creations yes this is a difficult action to feel. If your're heavily pregnant the lift becomes even harder when you're upright.
