Advice in what type of apps would be most beneficial I see no harm in making it mandatory for four app suggestions to be made mandatory for any device that connects to smart phones/tablets/PC's For example if they knew any elm obd app could work they may have found TORQUE by a long way the best app with the most cars/comparability Live data Data logging Code reading/clearance Code look up using the browser Suggested fix's & diagnostic methods/suggestions And much more it's awesome If every elm device customer knew this they would be loved 1000% more
Mate the humour is brilliant in this vid honestly love it great vid guys the first one suprised me when it started playing music when owen pressed the button 😂😂
For the orange OBD reader, that looks just like they've nicked the software off a non-pro Autel code reader and slapped it in their own device. Menus look very familiar!
got the obd reader for about £20 on amazon some years back been a great little tool.. but never have i used it to clear my engine light just before the m.o.t 😉🤣
The elm 327 is actually quite a handy little interface. I've been using one for years with the Torque pro app... 4 quid for the elm and 3 quid for the pro version of the app... Reads and erases faults quickly and has live data... I used to use it as a boost gauge for my passat and i used the live data to diagnose my prv and scv valves on my mk7 transit...highly recommend torque pro for cheap diagnostics...
100%. I use the Torque Pro App on an ELM327 and have done for several years. It's very good and very versatile. I use it for live gauges and data logging because it's easier to monitor out on the road than my iCarsoft diag machine. My only criticism is it won't log oil pressure
The small blue OBDII reader is bluetooth/wireless, the CD has it's software so it will work wirelessly with a laptop. You can then map your car on the fly wireless. I have a 7" android touchscreen entertainment system in my car and I can map my car through that and the bluetooth OBD adaptor.
I bought one of those Bluetooth ond readers as a last gasp attempt to speak to my mg zr ecu (£3 ebay!) and it is the only one that would recognise the ecu! I had to download an app and f*ck knows what the disc was for but at least i cleaered my o2 sensor light! Great video boys 👍
Love you guys, but NO-ONE wants to see this! If this is a series you're about to LOOSE your following. Nip this in the bud now! Don't sell out, we love you for you and the friendship/banter. NO-ONE wants 'wish'/"I bought the cheapest X for Y" bullshit. Just give us more workshop after hours banter like the search for the socket in the bin etc if you're struggling, don't sell out and be a sheep with 'viral' rubbish. You're better than that, come on!
I bought the yellow obd 2 from Amazon to keep in the car .paid around 18£.anytime the car goes into limp mode it turns the light off and car runs fine for the next few months although it's branded as veepak. Not what Ur showing but I'm sure it's exactly the same..
Cool universal socket guaranteed to round the heads on most bolts. 🤣BTW i like this review style plus i bet the automotive industry is full of snake oil products.
"Swinging around ya 'ead like a dickhead" 😂 I actually laughed out loud (to myself) 😂
😂

@MotorAddicts not gonna lie I was expecting pretty much most of the stuff in this vid to be pretty much broken 😂
This was absolutely brilliant, loved stu's comment "stop swinging it around your head like a dickhead" 😂😂. More like this please
😂 glad you enjoyed

Done the job to be fair
I can see Temu coming with a sponsorship offer so soon the Micra will be wrapped in an orange wrap with the Temu branding all over it 😂
😂 Temu won’t want to work with us

"to" not "too" I believe my English native friends 😜😂
Changed and thanks 😂
Owen down with the kids now ,, “bare dents bro”
🙈🙈😂😂
Car Scanner which looked to be the app you were using with the Bluetooth dingle is actually very good. It can do data logging as well.
I bought the Pro version of Car Scanner, it is far more sophisticated than that obd2 code reader. You can even do functional tests with it
The before & after pics of the nano spray cars made my face hurt from laughter 😂😂😂😂😂
Was hilarious
Surely they must do a star light headliner kit on there? Micra needs some luxury!
Something to look for

We will have to give a go with another car compatible
