Do we hv to sit with uncrossed legs or arms during the sessions? I play ur videos for almost 3-4 hrs in a day fr wellbeing, fr chakras, fr insomnia, fr customers etc. And i hv a habit of sitting or lying dwn crosslegged ☺️
